Our Services
Community Development Services has the knowledge, experience, and integrity necessary to provide your association with expert management services. Our team will guide and provide insight to help your community work together to support and protect the values.
We aim for integrity, diligence and fairness when dealing with developers, homeowners and the Board of Directors. As well as overseeing the normal operations of each community, we guide the Board of Directors on issues such as reserves, maintenance, insurance, budgets, governance, contracts, the law, and rules of enforcement.
You can have confidence in our knowledge and ability to provide you with professional service that is so vitally needed in each community.
Getting Started
To get started you will complete our Association Management Questionnaire. Once the Request for Questionnaire is received, we will process your request and send you a proposal along with our Management Agreement. If you would like to go forward with our services, we will need the following information:
- Signed Management Agreement
- Complete our Association Information Questionnaire.
- Submit resolution/minutes indicating a change of Management Companies.
- Complete and Sign our Release Authorization Form for us to obtain the Associations Information and Documents held by previous Management Company.
